No day rates, no hourly billing, no discovery fee. You know the figure before you commit, and it does not move once the work begins.

Every figure on this page is a starting price in pounds sterling: a plan covers everything it lists, and anything beyond it is quoted in writing before you pay. We work with clients outside the UK regularly — your bank converts on the day, and the amount charged is always the sterling one.
Monthly plans
Optional, and never bundled into the build price. A plan means the site stays hosted, backed up and up to date without you logging into anything — you send a line by email and the change is made. Rolling monthly, stop any time with 30 days' notice.
The site stays online, safe and backed up. Nothing for you to remember.
£20/month
For a business or a let whose prices, photos and hours actually move.
£30/month
For anyone adding pages, properties or services through the year.
£40/month
A plan is never required. Without one the site stays yours and stays online — you simply look after the hosting yourself, and changes are quoted one by one. Plans can be started months after launch, and stopped with 30 days' notice.
In every package
Every format, delivered by download link, yours to keep and to post wherever you like. No licence period.
Agreed before the first frame — on the order page for a plan, in writing for anything bigger. If the job turns out to be bigger, that is our miscalculation, not your invoice.
If a site is not what your business actually needs, or you need less than you think, we say so before taking the order.
Money questions
Half when you place your order, half when you approve the final version. You order by sending the brief on the Let's start page: if everything fits your plan, the next page is Stripe's secure payment for the first half. If it goes beyond the plan, you get a written quote first and nothing is due until you accept it.
Yes. Everything is in pounds sterling, paid by card through Stripe — or by bank transfer if you prefer, just ask. Your own bank handles the conversion at its rate on the day, so the figure leaving your account will differ slightly from the sterling total.
Then we quote the one below and list the extras separately, so you can see exactly what the difference buys. Nobody is pushed up a tier to round the invoice.
Small fixes — a typo, a swapped photograph — are free for the first month. Anything bigger is quoted before it is started, never billed by surprise.
No. The site is yours outright and will keep running without one. The plans exist for people who would rather never log in — we hold the hosting, the backups and the changes. You can start one later, or stop it with 30 days' notice.
Describe what you do in two lines. We will tell you which package it needs — and say so if it needs none of them.
