You pay the first half
The next page is Stripe's secure payment for the first half of your plan. Once it is paid your order is confirmed and we start. Nothing is charged before that.
Let's start
Pick the plan that fits — or say you are not sure and we will quote it. Then tell us about the job: about ten minutes, one question at a time, and anything you skip we will ask later. If your brief fits the plan, the last step is the first half of the payment, and we start. If it goes beyond the plan, you get a written quote first.
A written answer is on its way to the address you gave, within 24 hours and usually sooner: the exact price, what it covers and when we could start. Nothing is owed until you accept it, and nothing starts before the first half is paid.
Back to the studioYour first half is paid and your order is confirmed. Stripe has emailed your receipt. We start now: the first version is in your inbox within five working days, and we write to you only if we need something.
Back to the studioThe site is yours — the domain, the files and the content. The handover arrives by email with everything you need to keep it running.

Extra pages, an add-on, something the plan does not include? Within 24 hours you get the exact price, what it covers and a start date, in writing. Nothing is owed until you accept it.
You have already sent what you have, so nothing is left to chase. Five working days later, the first version is in your inbox — and the second half is only due when you approve it.
Attach a few photographs, or paste a link to what you have now, and we will quote from those.
Everything in writing
Prices, changes and what was agreed all stay in your inbox, where you can find them again. Nothing important is decided in a call that neither of us can look up six months later.
Anywhere with an internet connection
