Your trade and your town written into the pages properly, with the titles, descriptions and mark-up that search engines read. No tricks, nothing that gets you penalised later.
Services
No day rate, no hourly billing, nothing for you to install. You send what you have; we send back a site that is live, findable and yours outright.
01 — The website
Four pages, seven or twelve, depending on the package. Every one of them written from what you tell us, and laid out so the answer a customer wants is never more than a scroll away.
02 — Being found
Getting you onto the first page for your trade and your town matters more than anything clever in the design. It is handled as part of the build, not sold back to you later.
Your trade and your town written into the pages properly, with the titles, descriptions and mark-up that search engines read. No tricks, nothing that gets you penalised later.
The business profile set up or tidied: hours, area covered, photographs and the link to your new site — so the map result and the website say the same thing.
Seven visitors in ten arrive on a mobile. Tap-to-call, directions in one press, and a page that finishes loading on two bars of signal.
03 — The set-up
Domain, hosting, certificates, backups, redirects. The words that put people off calling an agency in the first place. You never have to touch any of it.
Registered in your name, hosted, and paid for the first year. If you already own a domain, we point it at the new site and keep your email working.
Active from day one, so browsers show a padlock instead of a warning — and renewed automatically, without you being invoiced for it.
Built as plain, light pages rather than a stack of plugins. A site that opens in under a second keeps the visitor who would otherwise go back to the search results.
A short guide by email at the end: how to change a price, swap a photograph, add an opening hour. In writing, so you can find it again in six months.
The domain, the files and the content belong to you on final payment. No licence period, no hosting you are locked into, and we hand everything over if you ever move on.
English and French, each on its own real address so search engines index both. Quoted as an option rather than bundled in, so you only pay for it if your customers need it.
Straight answers
If you need a customer portal, a stock system talking to your accounts, or anything with logins and dashboards, that is a different job with a different budget. We will say so on the first email rather than three weeks in.
Ten sharp photographs of finished work make a site that wins jobs. Three dark ones taken in a van do not. We will tell you honestly before starting whether what you have is enough, and what is worth re-taking on a bright morning.
Questions
No. Plenty of people start with nothing but a phone number. We will tell you the handful of pictures worth taking — usually finished work, your van or shopfront, and you — and we write the rest from a short email exchange.
Yes. A recent phone in daylight beats an old camera in a dim room. Shoot with the light behind you, hold the phone level, and leave the flash off.
You do, outright, on final payment — the domain, the files and the content. No licence period and no hosting you are locked into.
Often, yes. We will look at what exists first and tell you honestly whether finishing it or starting again works out cheaper for you.
Nothing you have to do. Small fixes are free for the first month. After that you can change things yourself using the written handover, or take a monthly plan and send us a line by email instead.
Regularly. The whole job runs by email, so your country and your time zone make no difference. Invoices are issued in pounds sterling wherever you are.
